No, appointments are not necessary but to insure a consultant will be available to assist you with your project, please call to schedule an appointment. You are welcome to come in and browse any of showrooms during normal business hours.
How does it work if I already have a plumber, or contractor?
Plumbing contractors have a lot of experience in working with Kitchen & BathWorks. We encourage contractors to review a customer’s selection with us before the order is finalized.

Do you charge for design fees?
At Kitchen & Bathworks, we do not charge for design fees and there are no upfront fees.
Can I bring my Designer or Builder with me during an appointment?
We welcome you to come to any of our showrooms with your Designer or Builder or visit alone. Everyone is welcome.
